Important Informations

Check-in

• Price calculation: Room prices are calculated in RON and include taxes. Prices are set by law.Besides tariffs confirmed, prices are subject to change without prior notification.
• Arrival: Upon arrival Rooms are available from 14:00. Filling the cameras earlier than this, is by prior notification and confirmation.
• Check-out: The hotel day ends at 12:00. If the room leaving later than 12:00 it has to be paid the following prices: leaving the room untill 18:00 it has to be paid 50% from the price of the room. Leaving the room after 18:00 it has to be paid the full price of the room.
• Breakfast: A continental breakfast awaits our customers every day between: 8:00–10:00. If earlier departure,please let us know 24 houres before, to prepare breakfast Lunches.
• Reservation: Can be made by phone, mail and personal. Reservation request will be written and will be confirmed by the pension.
• Cancellation: Canceling reservations must be made at least 48 hours before arrival date set.
• Child discounts: By age 3 children occupy room without paying additional fees. For children 3 to 12 years will pay 50% of room rate.
• Currencies accepted: RON; VISA, Eurocard, Mastercard, Maestro.
• Safety Instructions: To avoid fire please do not smoke in the pension. Leaving the room please close and disconnect all electricity. In case of emergency, please call reception. If you hear the fire alarm please leave the pension immediately accordin to the evacuation plan. When leaving the room, please lock the doors and close windows. The pension does not accept responsibility for lost values in room. For storing values, please use the receptions safe.

Pension Services

• Storage room: Is available to customers near the reception room. This service is free.
• Baggage transport: On request your luggage will be transported.
• Wake-up service: Available on request.
• Storing values: You can stor your values in the safe found in reception,
• Restaurant: Open between 08.00–22.00. Breakfast: 08.00–10.00. Bar: 08.00–22.00.
• Copy services: You can ask at the reception. This service is charged at 0.50 RON/page.
• Hairdryer: Free service, please contact your reception.
• Internet: We provide internet connection through Wi-Fi which is also a free service. Rooms have cable connection internet.
• Currency Exchange: Is performed in the banks and authorized exchange.
